The name, gender, city, date and time you enter are used for one thing only: generating your reading. They are held — together with the reading text and the figurine image — in a checkout record until the reading is delivered to you, and in any case no longer than 24 hours, after which they are deleted automatically. We don't build a profile, we don't sell anything, and we don't use your birth data for marketing.
Palm photos are sent to the AI only after your payment is confirmed — never before — and are deleted together with the rest of the reading data as soon as the reading is shown to you, and in any case within 24 hours. Download your reading if you want to keep it; the file is yours.
Uploaded comparison passes and their decoded contents are verified in memory only; no comparison pass record is kept.

Payment data is handled by Stripe. Your card details never reach our systems.
Feedback is collected anonymously: only your Yes / Partially / No answer, your optional comment, whether it was a single or co-op reading, and a timestamp. No name, no birth data, no code. Please don't include personal details in the comment field.
Your birth data (and palm photos, if bought) are processed transiently by the AI provider to generate the reading. They are sent for that request and not retained by us afterwards.
